Analipsi
Residences is a complex of 17 homes in 3 blocks, built on a plot of 3,300
square meters, just 250 meters from the beach. All properties have one car park space and shared ownership in the pool and
comunal gardens. There are four types of units:
Type 1 are
2-bedroom, 2-level maisonettes in block A, with total built area of 85 square meters plus 2 balconies of 20 square meters
in total. Each of the 7 maisonettes of this type has 50 square meters of garden for private use, and offers fantastic
sea view.
Type 2 are
2-bedroom penthouse apartments in block A, with total built area of 86 square meters plus a huge balcony of 72 (!) square
meters. Each of the two apartments of this type has fireplace in the living room, and offers astonishing view towards all
directions (this type is no longer available).
Type 3
are 2-bedroom, split-level maisonettes on the ground floor of blocks B and C, with total built
area of 87 square meters plus 3 balconies of 22 square meters in total. Each of the 4 maisonettes of this type has storage
space and gardens of private use from 150 to 250 square meters.
Type 4
are one-bedroom, split-level maisonettes on the first floor of blocks B and C, with total built
area of 48 square meters, plus an attic of 24 square meters. Each of the 4 maisonettes of this type has a fireplace in the
living room, large balconies of 26 square meters, and offers view towards the sea and/or mountains.
